Our session are tailor made to suit the requirement of each individual and also depending on the mind frame body's flexibility, availability of time to learn without losing the true essence of yoga and Naturopathy and basic principles of yoga.

 The patient lies fully clothed on a soft massage bed while the practitioner presses gently on points situated on various parts of the client's body. The session is non-invasive and gentle. An average session is carried out in a relaxed environment for about 10-15 minutes. Through assessment during the acupressure session the practitioner will be able to assess imbalances in the body. However, most patient normally require a number of session to complete a treatment.
